August - Recruiting Mentors and Volunteers to join our network of philanthropists in the E'Ladies/E'Men's Network! and Donors, Sponsors, and Partners into the Fabulous Females/aMazing Males.
September - YELL!Y-ME? Program Kickoff: Recruiting girl and boys into our Youth programs to provide support to mentees and peer mentors (ages 6 to 25 years old).
October - YELL!Y-ME? Monthly Workshops- Start of ALL Community/Faith-Based Group Mentoring Workshops with partnerships from Fabulous Females/aMazing Males.
November - A Season of Thanks Event- Collecting Clothes and Food for a Charitable Donation for a Shelter, Adoption Agency, or Group Home for Youths.

Youth Program One: Mini-Mentees
- Pre-K to 2nd graders participate in our self-esteem and social skills program in monthly group mentoring sessions, an interactive and gamification software by Enrichly.
- Attend Quarterly Events and Outings
Youth Program Two: Promising Mentees
- 3rd to 5th graders participate in our mentor/mentee match in our eMentoring Program (develop social/emotional skills for mental health support).
- Receive weekly curriculum and instruction from our partners Cricket Media.
- Participate in self-esteem and social skills program by Enrichly
- Special Recognition/Spotlights through program attendance and participation
- Attend Quarterly Events and Outings
Youth Program Three: Aspiring Mentees
- 6th to 12th graders participate in our MSIA Program (mentorship/scholarship/internship/apprenticeship).
- Receive "15 Ways to Succeed in School, Business and Life" EBook
- Receive 6-month Financial Literacy Program Training
- Qualify for Mentor Match with a Professional or Entrepreneur in Chosen Career/Business Path
- Recommendations for paid internships and future opportunities for apprenticeship programs with partner organizations and businesses
- Special Invitations to events for college tours, business information, and job fairs!
Young Adults Program: Empowering Mentors
- Peer Mentors to 6th to 12th graders.
- Receive 6-month Financial Literacy Program Training
- Opportunity to benefit from MSIA program.
- Opportunity to participate in quarterly workshops based on themes and topic youth are participating in to ensure parents are familiar with programs youth are learning.
- Workshops based on the needs to enhance the lives of the families in the program, such as financial literacy, building generational wealth through real estate ownership and investments.
