Built on the core principles of education, empowerment, and community, the organization has spent over three decades fostering a network of professional and entrepreneurial women committed to making a lasting impact.
While the organization began with a focus on empowering youth, it has evolved to address the pressing need for financial education and economic empowerment among Black women, equipping them with tools to create generational wealth and secure their financial futures.
