Dr. JoAnn Ajayi-Scott  has a PhD in Organizational Leadership. However, her financial expertise began with a BA in Economics, and she was the #2 sales agent in the country for ITT Life right out of college.
Over the years, she never borrowed money from the bank but learned to “Be Her Own Bank”  by borrowing against her cash value in annuities to buy homes and other large purchases over the years. Now, Dr. Scott is a licensed Insurance Broker.
Her goal is to help families protect themselves, Build their own Bank and build a Legacy of Generational Wealth. 
She is creating a movement for 1000 women to change the trajectory of their financial future. Dr. Scott continues to be relentless, iconic, and live by her unshakable faith.

​LaQuana “Mz. MoneyVibe$” Dawkins is the founder of  Q’Defined Money, Inc., dedicated to imparting financial wisdom to black youth! Armed with dual degrees in Finance and Financial Planning from the University of North Florida, along with a Florida Insurance Agent license, she has the expertise to support her mission. After excelling as a Corporate Accountant for 20 years, she ventured into the dynamic realm of Financial Services. LaQuana also led the UNF Financial Planning Association's student chapter as President and shared her insights as a certified Financial Educator with United Way Real Sense.  These days, she’s shaping the minds of high schoolers, all while juggling her roles as a devoted wife and supermom to three! When she’s not Coach mom at her children’s sporting events or proud mom at their art events , you might just catch her enjoying a well-deserved happy hour!

As the author of the MACnificently Made Anthology, Maria sheds light on fatherlessness and healing, inspiring individuals worldwide to trust the process, embrace their personal transformation as they embark on their healing journeys.
Her dynamic career spans coaching, event production, and community impact, earning her awards and proclamations from the Mayor's Offices of Ft. Lauderdale and Broward County. A former professional matchmaker and dance coach, she has facilitated meaningful connections and personal growth nationwide.
Maria is the visionary behind MAC Steppers Weekend Experience and The Ladies Day Out Transformational Retreat, empowering individuals through dance, connection, and self-discovery. 
A native of Chester, Pennsylvania, Maria has called South Florida home for 30 years. She is a proud mother of two and glam-mother of five.
